We will find the appropriate room to meet your particular needs.

Apartment Viewing

Please make a reservation to view our buildings.
Reservations can be made by calling the Call Center.

Once you decide on a location, please fill out the application form and submit the required documents.
Applications can be submitted by mail, fax, or e-mail.

Review Corporate Contracts
  • Application Form
  • Company Outline
  • Financial Statements (last 3 terms)
  • Documents on company project proposals (for newly established companies)
  • Official Corporate Certificate issued within 3 months
  • The joint and several guarantor's Photo ID
    (a valid Driver's License, Passport, etc.)
  • Guarantor's Seal Stamp Registration Certification(issued within 3 months)
  • Guarantor's Income Statement
    (most current version required)
Individual Contracts
  • Application Form
  • Documents on company project proposals
  • Photo ID
    (a valid Driver's License, Passport, etc.)
  • Certified copy of domestic resident register
    (dated within the past three months)
  • Income certificate
    (last three years)
  • The joint and several guarantor's Photo ID
    (a valid Driver's License, Passport, etc.)
  • Guarantor's Seal Stamp Registration Certification(issued within 3 months)
  • Guarantor's Income Statement
    (most current version required)
Contract
  • Applicant's Seal Stamp Registration Certification (issued within 3 months)
  • Guarantor's Seal Stamp Registration Certificate (issued within 3 months)
  • ※We may ask tenants to provide documents not listed above.
  • ※The rent is to be paid on the first day of each month.
  • ※Please confirm all of the above information before entering the contract.
Review of Documents

The submitted documents will be reviewed and the applicant will be contacted.

Discussion of IT requirements

We will discuss tenants particular telephone/Internet and other related requirements.

Explanation of Contract

We will perform a formal explanation of the main points of the contract before you need to sign.

Payment / Contract
Payment

We will send you an invoice and ask that payment be made before you move in.
The rent can also be withdrawn from specified bank account.

Contract

We will process your contract. We will perform a detailed explanation of the contract.

  • ※There will be a penalty for cancellations after the contract is completed. Please enquire the Call Center for further information.
Moving In

Once the contract is completed, we will hand over the room keys and you may move in.
